Aimée is a pop star who has just hit my radar but I’m clearly a little late to the party with her. Last year she became the most played Irish female artist on the radio and has been picked up by Universal Music. Her latest is called Hurt Like Hell.

Hurt Like Hell is a breakup song, but one that aims to instil those that hear it with the confidence to go through the turbulent times with their heads held high. I would say mission firmly accomplished. Hurt Like Hell is a vibrant, fist in the air pop anthem. Backed by the best, Aimée has released the track with the support of co-writers and recorders Nick Jarl, Richey McCourt and Joakim Berg, who have worked with Westlife, Will Young and Avicii between them.
