Lydia Luce is a Nashville, USA-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has just caught my attention thanks to her vibrant and poetic new track and video Face and Figure.

Lydia wrote Face and Figure as a reminder to herself of the fundamentals. Outside our external trappings like our job, our appearance or our age, internally we are “a soul and a witness to the beauty in life”. The message is delivered through delicate, eloquent indie folk and an intimate video which sees her dressed as a tree.
