New Music: The Parlor – Remember How

New York, USA-based art rock duo The Parlor have featured on our blog once before. Earlier this year I ran the rule over their beautifully unique track Serpentine. Now they’re back with an equally exciting one. It’s called Remember How.

By Graeme Smith

The Parlor took their inspiration for Remember How from an E.E. Cummings poem about Spring and remembrance. The heart of the poem, and the track, is about living your life and The Parlor deliver their message through a vibrant, rich, psychedelic rock arrangement and vocal harmonies. It’s wonderfully cathartic.

The pair who make up The Parlor are Eric Krans and Jen O’Connor. Both are multi-instrumentalists, producers and composers. Their upcoming album is called You Are Love And I Am You, and you can check out Remember How below.
