Los Angeles, USA-based indie pop singer songwriter Maisyn has featured a few times before on this blog. She first hit our radar in 2021 through her honest track Pool Party which we then followed up with a review of her EP Cool Grl and even an interview. Now she’s back with an uplifting and fliratious new one. It’s called Naked.

Opening moody yet groovy, Naked is a track that slowly grows into its pop skin. Its lyrics are romantic, telling the story of a first date that went well, and the excitement and anticipation that comes with it. It’s a timely reminder of Maisyn’s way with words, and I’m loving the lively energy she’s bringing to her new work.

Naked was put together with the help of Grammy-nominated producer and engineer Joey Messina-Doerning. The track will feature on Maisyn’s upcoming second EP and you can give it a listen below.
