Chasing Shadows are a Rhyl, Wales-based indie rock band who have just hit my radar thanks to their catchy and singalong new track Emily.

Opening with a classic rock riff, Emily has a taste of nostalgia about it. Passionate vocals tell a story of the lengths we go to for love and and an anthemic chorus will have you punching the air. With their new track, Chasing Shadows are giving us something for lovers of rock and roll with the emotion of pop punk.

Emily was recorded at Orange Recording Studio in Penmaenmawr, North Wales, with support from BBC Wales Horizons/Gorwelion. Chasing Shadows have a new EP on the way, set for release later this year. While we wait for it, you can give Emily a listen below.
