Regular readers will know that I’m a big fan of the German classical scene, so FESTERLIEBEN is very welcome indeed!

Munter Sein is our first taste of FESTERLIEBEN’s music, but I’m sure it won’t be our last, as it’s just that good! It’s a beautiful piano-based piece, starting out with a playful and delicate piano melody, before the song changes into something a little darker. The main refrain is reintroduced at certain points, making it all sound really beautiful as a whole. It seems pretty simple at times, but it’s clear that this is the work of an extremely talented artist, and one who I can’t wait to hear more from!
