Video: La Palma – After All This Time

La Palma are an indie pop act based in Washington DC and San Francisco, USA who burst onto my radar in 2021 with the release of their stunning album Moonflower. I liked it so much, I named it one of my highlights of the year. Now, I’m pleased to welcome them back once again with a new single that comes complete with a video. It’s called After All This Time.

By Graeme Smith

After All This Time brings with it all the psychedelic experimentation we know and love of La Palma, while at the same time it elevates it to new heights. Built around an old Casio keyboard, there’s a touch of the nostalgic about it, with plenty of dreamy layers and soulful vocals. There really isn’t anyone else out there doing what La Palma do, and this latest single is yet more proof of it.

La Palma are Chris Walker and Tim Gibbon. After All This Time is out now and you can check out its video, filmed with a Super 8 camera and prism in San Francisco and Big Sur, California, below.
