Each Confide are a Glasgow-based synth pop duo who have just come to my attention through their latest single. An intimate track, it explores the internal conversation of someone going through a personal crisis. It’s called You & I.

You & I opens with some dreamy and distorted electronic layers, perfectly pitching the idea of tumult. Passionate vocals come in, heartfelt and with that distinct Glaswegian twang. It’s a track that’s almost hypnotic with its looping melody and meditative nature.

Chris and Craig, the duo that make up Each Confide, have been slowly building a career over a decade, winning a solid fanbase, chart success and the backing of BBC Radio Scotland. 2023 ended big for them with a show at The Flying Duck in Glasgow and this year ought to be even bigger with an album on the way. Don’t sleep on them.
