London-based alternative pop artist Fantastic Mr Marcel has been featuring on these pages since 2021 and most recently appeared at the end of last month through his sultry track Science & Magic. His latest shows his passionate side and is called Fire Fingers.

There’s truly something to be said for unashamedly stating your desires. The world would likely be a happier, more welcoming place if we all did. This is a sentiment that Fantastic Mr Marcel enthusiastically embraces with his latest track. The emotion of it simply oozes from your speakers, from its rumbling bass to its R&B undertones. As ever, the vocals are smooth, and in this one take on a seductive quality too. A simmering verse gives way to a triumphant dance chorus.
