Dopamaid is a project from Perth, Australia that has just been unleashed on the world. Two years in the making, it combines a love of classic cinema, Saturday morning cartoons, science fiction and Spaghetti Westerns in debut single Road Track.

There’s such a sense of vibrancy in Road Track right from the off. A sultry melody sets the atmosphere before characterful vocals come in. Underpinning it all is a strong and emotional story, and sophisticated indie pop rock sensibilities. A brooding first verse gives way to an explosive chorus that will plant itself firmly into your mind.

Dopamaid has a sound that is finely crafted and I can’t wait to hear more of it. They have an EP on the way and plenty more material for us. Watch this space. You can check out Road Track below.
