We first discovered country act Midnight Sky at the tail end of last year – now they return with new track 442.

442 has a proper old school rock and roll vibe, with a rhythm to match! A funky organ runs at a fast pace against the drums and bass, with some cool guitar chords matching the organ well. The vocals are used in a really interesting way too – they’ve got that classic doo wop sound, seeing Midnight Sky use the backing vocals in a rhythmic way, underpinning the lead vocals in an awesome way.
