Won’t Say Rabbit are a New Jersey, USA-based punk band who have taken their cues from the likes of Buzzcocks and Blondie and twisted them for a modern age.

Won’t Say Rabbit are Brian on guitar, Tom on bass and keyboards, and Beth on vocals. The trio also make use of guest drummers.

They’ve just come to my attention through the release of their latest single Just A Prisoner. It’s a philosophical deep dive into life in the 21st century, touching on everything from cosmic vastness to human optimism. Musically we are treated to some vibrant punk rock, with a rumbling bass line, lively drums, raw guitar and expressive vocals.
