It was only last week that I shared Los Angeles, USA-based pop artist KC Star‘s track lonely love song, and now he’s back with another new single.

Wanted is a track that cuts deep, and in it KC Star bears his soul. The lyrics talk of feeling cast out and unlovable while his smooth vocals are accompanied by a devastating pop instrumental that gradually rises to a cathartic crescendo. It’s rare to hear something so authentic and relatable in the world of modern pop. Wanted is something special.

Both lonely love song and wanted will feature on KC Star’s upcoming eight EP, love songs about no one, set for release on 26 April. Based on the evidence so far, it’s a record not to by missed.
