Based in Vancouver, Canada, Atlin Morgan is a pop, rock, jazz, blues, folk and musical theatre singer and composer who has just come to my attention through the release of her latest single, Can’t Let Go.

Atlin was born to a folk singer mother and an opera singer father, so it’s fair to say she has music in her blood. She was performing in musicals from the age of three and has achieved a BA in Music from Augustana University in Alberta, Canada.

Her love of different genres is evident in her new single Can’t Let Go. At once it is a jazz meditation, while also giving us some gentle folk pop. Lyrically, she bears her soul in a story of unrequited love that’s full of imagery. It’s beautifully articulated by her lilting and expressive vocals.

Can’t Let Go is the fifth single from Atlin’s upcoming album Lady Grey. It was recorded and produced in her North Vancouver bedroom. You can give it a listen below.
