It was in 2022 that American pop artist acari first appeared on our blog and we haven’t had a chance to share her music since. That’s all now changed with her new single paranoid.

Paranoid takes us into the murky world of intrusive thoughts with its light yet contemplative composition. It’s pop but not as we know it, bringing in elements of emo and RnB to create something quite distinct. The vocals are soft and compelling as they deliver relatable, confessional lyrics and things reach a state of cathartic bliss during an experimental, mid-track switch-up.
