Poty is an Italian-French artist, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who hasn’t featured on these pages before but has my attention thanks to his emotional new track and video Reminisce.

Reminisce is a piano-led pop ballad that’s rich with a sense of romance. The vocals are provided by Argentina-based techno singer Candela Cibrian and she brings the emotion of the track’s story beautifully to life before we arrive naturally at a funky, percussive groove. There’s a sense of a timeless about the track, with classic song-writing combining with modern sensibilities.

The track was mixed by Riccadro Parravicini of Rima Maia Studio and mastered by Giovanni Versari of La Maestà Studio. The track is out now and you can check out its award-winning video, animated using Unreal Engine 5, below.
