You Didn’t Mean It is her latest single and it explores how love can be insincere while also focussing on the concept of personal empowerment. It’s a dark pop number that opens low and moody before some big bass beats come in. They support expressive and compelling vocals full of plenty of pop intrigue in the verse before things ramp up nicely to a catchy, groovy chorus.

The single is one aspect of a wider campaign called Disillusioned Fairytale taking place across NYRE’s website and social media platforms. The track is out now and you can check it out below.
