Their latest single Jacob The Liar acts as the perfect introduction to their musical world for us. Opening with some haunting, echoing notes, the atmosphere of the piece quickly builds, and we are soon awash with layers of fuzz, post-punk sentiments and melancholic vocals. A slow-burner, the track goes through several movements across its almost six-minute runtime, lulling us to a state of bittersweet bliss.

Jacob The Liar will feature on Bollard’s upcoming EP I Was Wide Open, set for release later this year. The single is out now and you can check out its video below.
