Born here in the UK and raised in New York, USA, Alfreda is a singer songwriter like no other. She appears on our pages for the first time with her new single Guest Room.

Guest Room is a twisted tale of love in which all is not what it seems, and based on a true life rejection that Alfreda experienced. Opening gently with an piano-led arrangement, seductive and sensual vocals float in. Things build theatrically before taking a bitter jazz turn when the moment of conflict hits in the chorus. It’s beautifully done and the emotion of the story comes through strongly.
Along with previous singles Nude and Lipstick, Guest Room will appear on Alfreda’s upcoming EP Mothers Makeup. The track is out now and you can check it out below.
