Yorkshire’s Autonym announce themselves to us thanks to their track and video Where We All Going.

A rock band from West Yorkshire, Autonym are a five piece consisting of David McCormack on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Mark Winstanley on backing vocals and lead guitar, Connor Craig-Jackson on bass, and Blake Kendrick on drums. They’re currently in the process of recording their debut album.

Their track and video Where We All Going was released last year but has just hit our radar.

A monster riff opens things up and we are instantly transported to a world of hedonistic rock and roll. Charismatic vocals sing lyrics that reinforce the message, talking of finding fun in the face of life’s big questions.
