In The Afterglow gives us love and atmosphere with debut shoegaze single, Lives In Tandem.

In The Afterglow is the project of British-Canadian producer Alfred Hermida. He’s been making music for over two decades, mostly in the EDM realm as UXB, and has just released his debut single under the new performing name.
Lives In Tandem takes his sound into the world of dream pop and shoegaze akin to My Bloody Valentine, Ride and Slowdive. A driving rhythm sets the tempo before ghostly guitar and vocals build atmosphere. They swirl around, often overlapping, to create a vibrant soundscape, before a story of destiny and love unfolds. Interestingly, the track involves elements of AI, using Udio Beta as a tool for refining the composition.
