Her ability to bring together her Iraqi and American heritage means we always get something that stands out from the crowd with Mirnaz. Her latest is called Heartbreak On 9th Avenue and comes complete with a lyric video. Sultry R&B combines with tender pop in an intimate affair. As ever, Mirnaz’s compelling vocals are the highlight. Her verses are rap-like before we get a soulful, soaring chorus which speaks of a disparity of love.

We’re not the only fans of Mirnaz. Her music has been played around the world and she has an ever-growing social presence. She truly is a pop artist like no other. Her music always excites me.
