Here we go again! Leicester’s anarchic genre-blenders 9 o’clock Nasty are back on our pages with a heavy dub remix of their track The Wrong Guy.

Like a bad penny, 9 o’clock Nasty keep turning up. We’ve been championing their unique proposition since 2022, and rarely miss a chance to share their latest releases.
Their newest sees Kingflame Sound System take a whack at their track The Wrong Guy. The result is a dub wonderland, and a complete departure from the raw indie rock we’re used to hearing from them. With it, 9 o’clock Nasty prove that we never know what’s going to come next from them.
Unconventionally, the remix has come out before the release of the original track, but no-one has ever accused 9 o’clock Nasty of being conventional. We’ll probably get to hear the original when the band’s record RETREADS 2 comes out in September.
The Wrong Guy (Kingflame Sound System Remix) is out now, available in all the usual places. The track comes complete with a trippy video which you can watch below.
