The talents of singer songwriter Maple Bee (aka Melanie Garside) and XRaydio founder Zac Kuzmanov combine to form Moontwin and their cosmic new single and video, Storm In A Shell.

The pair originally met in London but now create musically remotely from Cornwall and Plovdiv, Bulgaria respectively.

Their latest track, Storm In A Shell, explores the concept of “private microcosm” and how each human mind exists in its own world and tries to make sense of others from it. Musically, we get some stripped-back, DIY electronica, ghostly vocals and plenty of atmosphere as the track slowly grows to a cosmic rock crescendo.

Moontwin are making music rich with emotion and ingenuity. The chemisty between Melanie and Zac is palpable in Storm In A Shell. I can’t wait to get better acquainted with them both.
