London’s Eden Rain is becoming a firm favourite of our blog and now she’s back with a bold new single, Taking.

Eden’s new track is about relationships. As she describes it: “I felt like I got a big pot and stirred together the relationship experiences of everyone I know.” You might think from that description that the track might feel disjointed, but Eden masterfully pulls out the universal themes through a brooding soft rock number and her forever clever storytelling lyrics.

The track will feature on Eden’s upcoming EP, Anyway, How Are You? set for release 15 November 2024. She’ll be preceding the EP launch with her biggest headline show to date at Moth Club, Hackney on 12 November.
