We’ve been following the career of Norway’s ST. NIKLAS since 2023, sharing three of his singles and an EP to these pages. It’s a career that’s quickly gaining a head of steam. ST. NIKLAS is an artist poised to take over the world of alternative pop.

His latest single phone calls from home adds more weight to that claim thanks to its expert blend of ’80s nostalgia and modern pop. Its lyrics, soulfully delivered, speak of receiving calls from loved ones and living with the anxiety that they sometimes create. A lively, vibrant chorus shakes it all off and proves a highlight.
