We’ve been featuring the work of Inverness, Scotland based act Forgotten Garden since 2021 and rarely miss a chance to share their unique, dark and mysterious music. Their latest single is called Five Minutes.

Voiced by Inês Rebelo who is backed by Danny Elliott on backing vocals, guitars, keyboards and production, Five Minutes is an enchanting number which instantly draws you in with its haunting sound. A rumbling instrumental nicely contrasts the ethereal vocals which tell a story of how instant attraction can develop into waning love.

It’s another peach of a single from Forgotten Garden who are out here unapologetically being themselves. If you like acts that steer towards the melancholic like Lana Del Rey, The Cure and Joy Division, then you’re going to find a lot to love about Forgotten Garden.
