Nissu brings a smile to our faces with vibrant new EP

Dublin, Ireland’s Nissu first came to our attention through the star-studded video for his social commentary song Connection back in 2024. Now he’s back on our pages with a new EP, Memories.

By Graeme Smith

Memories is a reflection on Nissu’s life experiences and interactions with people, unfolding over six bright pop tracks. Nissu includes Katy Perry among his influences and he certainly has a similar crowd-pleasing style. There’s so much about Memories that will bring a smile to your face.

From vibrant EP opener U to anthemic closer Forever Mine, there’s plenty to make you dance and feel. The aforementioned Connection serves as an early highlight while title track Memories is a slow-burning, reflective wonder.

Memories was produced by Trey Vittetoe and features collaborations with Ma Viana and Paigey Cakey. It’s out now and you can give it a listen below.
