With Psyclo‘s new album, Loved, out in the world, it seemed a shame to only share one track from it. So, here’s another. It’s called Everybody Sucks.
By Graeme Smith
Everybody Sucks is a bright and quirky effort that opens with electronic beats and playful vocalisations. When the vocals kick in, they waste no time hitting the track’s key message: “everybody sucks!” they declare bittersweetly. As the track progresses it builds to a dance-inducing fervour with Psyclo’s characterful and charismatic vocals as a centrepiece. Things end triumphantly with a singalong moment.
The track features on Loved alongside All My Tears Are Dry, a song I featured on these pages only last week. Loved is the album that just keeps giving. You can check it out here.
