An indie-folk-pop singer-songwriter based in Sydney, Australia, Carmon is new to our blog with her captivating new single, Unravel Me.

Opening acoustic and emotional, the track quickly hits a memorable, looping melody led by Carmon’s compelling vocals. The lyrics speak of introspection and insecurity, finding catharsis during a pleading chorus. There, the instrumental kicks up into soulful acoustic pop. Things get big in the bridge, at which point the vocals truly shine.

Carmon has grown up living with Autism, ADHD and Anxiety and uses music as an outlet for the emotions that come with her condition. There’s a striking honesty to what she writes, and I’m sure it’ll find fans among those who love the music of Olivia Rodrigo or Phoebe Bridgers.
