British singer-songwriter HorthWorld pens tribute to the complexity of age with his new single, 55.

55 is a gentle, classic ballad that dwells on the experience that comes with age. Regret, love and hope all come together in its soaring chorus, capturing the complexity of getting on in years, as well as addressing ageism in the music industry. HorthWorld has an understated but magnetic vocal style that proves instantly compelling.

HorthWorld first came to our attention during Christmas 2024 when we shared the Melbourne, Derbyshire-based artist’s track Merry Christmas (Make Amends). 55 shows us he has range.
