He’s amassed over 600k streams thanks to his relatable sound. His hit debut single, I’m Not Afraid Anymore, took on the weighty and relevant topics of isolation and social anxiety.

He’s come to our attention through his latest track Not Gone, a simple but effective breakup song that grabs you straight from the off. A gentle, sorrowful piano melody sets the scene before Waldron’s emotive vocal comes in. A rousing, cinematic first chorus provides some catharsis and from there the passion ramps to a powerful conclusion.

A rich story plays out in the lyrics, full of details that bring it to life. “This song came from a really real place,” Waldron says. “It’s about that feeling where someone isn’t in your life anymore, but they’re still not gone to you. I didn’t want to overcomplicate it. I just wanted it to feel true.”
