Incredibly it’s been eight years since we last covered Rainbow Kitten Surprise so when they invited me along to their Leeds show, I grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

Warming up the crowd for them was Cigarettes @ Sunset, also hailing from North Carolina and visiting Leeds for the first time.

Then, Rainbow Kitten Surprise emerged, bringing their acclaimed, high energy set to the O2 Academy, Leeds.
