We’ll be honest here – Gracie Henrietta isn’t the most original song ever written, which becomes apparent upon the very first listen. However, that doesn’t mean it isn’t work listening to, with the track being a stomper of a rock ‘n’ roll tune.

It’s rock ‘n’ roll in the sense of the stuff that started to come out in the 1950s, but with a modern production style that shows there’s life in the old dog yet. At times we were reminded of Great Balls Of Fire by Jerry Lee Lewis, but if Jesse Daniel can manage to put his own spin on things and add a bit more originality into the mix, then we think he has the potential to go far.
