Jodie Nicholson is a 23-year-old singer songwriter from the outskirts of Darlington who’s looking on the bright side in her new video I Must Be Dreaming.

The composition of I Must Be Dreaming is simple but effective. Jodie’s mellow vocals are joined by a subtle piano riff for the first verse before being joined by sax and drums as the emotion climbs. The lyrics are heartfelt and chant-like as if self-affirming. Jodie seems to be encouraging herself to have a faith in a new love.
