Erinn Peet Lukes is an American country singer songwriter whose latest track Dime A Dozen was born from frustration after receiving a text from an ex.

Despite its gentle feel, Erinn pulls no punches in Dime A Dozen. The catharsis comes through loud and clear as she addresses her old lover. Yet, it doesn’t feel self-indulgent. In fact, the lyrics are so beautifully written, you are invited right in, and end up sharing her feelings. The icing on the cake is the atmospheric and traditional country feel of the instrumentals, an idea from Erinn’s producer Rachel Baimen.
