Hailing from Berlin, Germany, Venior is an alternative pop artist who has caught my attention through her experimental yet emotional track and video Curtains Fall.

It was the originality of Curtains Fall that really struck me. It’s a track that holds a mirror up to the modern world in order to reveal its absurdity, and Venior does this through gentle but killer vocals, worldly instrumental layers and a sense of existential despair. A passionate, heart-rendering chorus will have you hooked.
Originally from Finland, Venior works in Berlin as a singer, song-writer, producer, painter and “trashion” designer. She’s been recording since 2015 and has clearly mastered a sound all of her own. I’m excited to hear more from her and I hope you’ll agree. You can check out the video for Curtains Fall below.
