Luke Beling is a Kailua-Kona, USA-based alternative folk singer songwriter who has just hit my radar thanks to his team up with co-writer and musician Joseph Pennell. It’s called The Light Is Coming.

Luke and Joseph didn’t know each other before the collab, which was initiated by Joseph sharing a song idea he had. Working together remotely, they became fast friends while pulling together The Light Is Coming, a tale of not giving up and a reminder that you’re not alone.

On a bed of gentle acoustic Americana, charismatic vocals deliver image-laden lyrics that will stimulate your mind’s eye. It’s perhaps the track’s rousing chorus that’s is its finest moment. It’ll hold you by the hand and warm your heart. You can give The Light Is Coming a listen below.
