London-based dream and indie pop and rock artist Amen Sioux first came to my attention last month thanks to his edgy and anthemic track Useless. Now he’s back with a delicate new one that explores an unhealthy relationship. It’s called Dramatic.

Dramatic is a song that quietly seethes. A looping pop arrangement builds tensions through its first verse before there is an explosion of life and colour leading into its first chorus. The vocals remain laidback, almost weary, throughout. You really get the sense of the mental toll of the track’s story through them.
