Hailing from Brighton and London, Fond of Rudy are an indie pop band who have just caught my attention thanks to their energetic and emotional new track How Do I Delete You?

How Do I Delete You? opens slow and soulful before suddenly bursting into life with a powerful pop rock arrangement. Delicate vocals come in while the instrumentals rise and fall interestingly. It all builds to a soaring, cathartic chorus that’s full of heartache and anguish. It’s a track that perfectly captures the complexities of modern relationships, and it’s all very relatable.

The track acts not only as an introduction for us to Fond of Rudy, but a comeback for the band. Their last single release was in 2019. With an EP on the way, Fond of Rudy are definitely back and I’m so glad to have discovered them.
