London-based pop artist Jasi Bella has featured a couple of times before on this blog, being included in Jane’s Monthly Favourites round up last year and having her single Places I Can’t Go shared by me in January.

Originally from Sweden and now calling the UK home, Jasi has been picked up by the likes of BBC Introducing, and BBC Radio in the East Midlands.

Her latest single might be her best yet. Bad Decisions sees her take on the trendy genres of nu-disco and funk pop, and very much making them her own. An emotional undercurrent runs under its lively swagger, and Jasi’s powerful, charismatic vocals are as compelling as always. It’s certainly a dance track, but has the kind of depth that means it’ll work equally as a solo, bedroom listen.
