Every Thing The Light Touches is a Dublin, Ireland-based art folk band who has just hit my radar through their debut single Animal.

A new project from musician, composer and songwriter Danny Forde, Every Thing The Light Touches already has a strong foundation on which to grow. Their single Animal features contributions from Linnéa Lundgren, Lau Noah, and Dylan Lynch, as well as mixing from Mike Cave who has previously worked with Lewis Capaldi.

Together they create a slow-burning wonder with Animal. It’s a track about living the life you want to live and gives us affirmation through soulful vocals, delicate acoustic guitar, ponderous piano and an emotional climax that will have you feeling every note.
