Isa Y is a Manchester-based pop and neo-soul artist, multi-instrumentalist and producer inspired by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Erykah Badu.

His new single Lose ruminates on those times when things didn’t work out for us, but we go on nonetheless. Opening dreamy and laidback, there are plenty of funky undertones as the arrangement sways along. Isa’s vocals float in, instantly arresting thanks their effortless, soulful style. As the track progresses, its bittersweet groove never lets up and the chorus proves to be a compelling highlight.
