Sheffield’s SWAN releases new rock single, Soul.

We featured Yorkshire rock band SWAN for the first time on this blog at the beginning of this month through their single, The Fall. Running the rule over their single, I was impressed by their Kasabian, Oasis and Royal Blood-inspired dark rock sound.

Their latest Soul opens with some rumbling bass before settling into a psychedelic groove. Soulful, questioning vocals come in before things build to an anthemic chorus which leaves it all out there. It’s yet more evidence of SWAN’s growing presence on the UK rock scene.

Soul was recorded at Buffalo Recording Studio with JB Pilon on production. It was mastered by Rare Tone Mastering. The track is out now and you can give it a listen below.
