Addiction comes in many forms, not all of them obvious, and sometimes it can be the things that are considered healthy that harms us. Cashavelly confronts her addiction to love with new track and video, More Than God.

Cashavelly made a stunning debut on this blog in August through her single Rewrite. I found myself instantly captivated by her way of expressing her feelings with such striking honesty. Her new track and video More Than God proves that it wasn’t a one-off.
Sometimes our lives take a difficult turn when we are confronted with the fact that the things we have relied on to get by aren’t helping us, but killing us. In Cashavelly’s case, this was an addiction to love and validation from others. She recounts this beautifully through a unique pop rock composition and a video that combines the ideal with the sinister.
More Than God is out now and you can check out its video below.
