Blending downtempo, trip-hop and shoegaze, Eye.Seek is the experimental new track and video from Japanese artist Mora Mothaus.

There’s an instant sense of atmosphere as you enter the world of Eye.Seek. Ethereal layers mix with hard-edged percussion in the instrumental but what really draws you in are the vocals. Ghostly and expressive, I found them to be a reassuring balm in a world that’s often hard to navigate.

The solo project of musician, composer, and lyricist Mora Moth, Mora Mothaus is an artist that I’m looking forward to getting to know better. If you like musicians that are boundary pushing, then be sure to check out the video for Eye.Seek below.
