It was in 2021 that American multi-instrumentalist John Mailander last graced these pages, so it’s high time for his return. His latest composition is called Let The World In.
By Graeme Smith
Let The World In is a piece that instantly creates atmosphere through a brooding arrangement that combines classical and Americana element. A violin melody feels at once bright and morose, giving us a complex, subtle sense of emotion as the track steadily reveals itself over nearly seven minutes.
The title track of John and his band’s new album, Let The World In is out now. You can give it a listen below.
