The music of Newbury, USA-based singer-songwriter Ava Valianti has been appearing on our blog since the summer of 2024 and we’re always delighted to have her back on these pages.

Her latest single is called Laugh Track and gives us a raw, Americana-infused folk pop moment which explores themes such as self-doubt, identity and the pressure to perform. Its lyrics are strikingly relatable, drawing on pop culture references as diverse as the ’90s film The Truman Show and the sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

With her new song, Ava continues to impress with her ability to pen a catchy and important track. She is the true definition of one to watch.
