Gaelynn Lea releases a new single and album ahead of her first UK tour since 2019.

A richly poetic track delivered through some beautifully characterful vocals, Perfect is a track that fans of Joanna Newsom will love. Lea has a strong point of view and a unique ability to express it. It’s Lea’s voice that truly makes the track. There’s a devastating feel to the down-to-earth lyrics which speak of not knowing what you have until its too late. They’re delivered against a minimal, acoustic backdrop.

A violinist, songwriter and disability activist, Lea is about to return to the UK for the first time since 2019. Celebrating her new album Music from Macbeth, she’ll be playing ten cities across England, Scotland and Wales including a stop off at Wharf Chambers, Leeds with Fig By Four on 21 May 2025.
