They’ve already received a ton of support from BBC Radio Wales, and BBC Radio London and can count Huw Stephens and Adam Walton among their fans. Northern Irish, Vancouver, Canada-based singer songwriter Oxlip, real name Jayne Trimble, first came to my attention thanks to her 2021 EP release A Kind Of Premonition. It was the originality of Andrew’s sound that first caught my attention, with genre descriptions proving elusive when I reviewed his single Creature.
